Using the service means accepting these terms on behalf of your organisation, and confirming you have authority to do so.

Access to the platform described in your order, along with support, updates and the setup work agreed at the outset.

We aim for the service to be available whenever your operating hours need it. Planned maintenance is announced at least five working days ahead and scheduled outside those hours where that is possible. Where your order sets a specific availability commitment, that commitment governs and this paragraph does not weaken it.

The accuracy of what you put in, the lawfulness of your instructions, keeping credentials secure, and making sure the people you give access to are entitled to see what they can see.

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe someone's rights, attack the platform or other customers, or resell access without a written agreement.

Fees are set out in your order, invoiced in advance, and payable within 30 days. We give at least 60 days' notice before a price change, and a change never applies mid-term.

Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it to benefit another customer.

You can export in full at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. On termination we delete within 30 days unless you ask otherwise.

We keep ownership of the platform, its software and its brand. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the term of your agreement.

Each side protects the other's confidential information with at least the care it applies to its own, and uses it only to perform this agreement.

We warrant that the service will perform materially as described and that we will provide it with reasonable skill and care.

Neither side excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each side's total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees paid in that period.

Agreements run for the term in your order and renew unless either side gives 60 days' notice.

Either side may terminate for material breach that stays unremedied 30 days after written notice.

We may update these terms; material changes take effect at your next renewal, not immediately.

This agreement is governed by the laws agreed in your order, and the courts named there have exclusive jurisdiction.
