Stock & menu
Recipe-linked stock
Every dish carries a recipe. Selling it deducts each ingredient at the quantity the recipe states, in that ingredient's own unit.
Costing that re-prices itself
Cost and margin are computed from current unit costs as you look, so one supplier price rise re-prices every dish that uses it.
Scan a printed menu
Photograph the menu you already have. It comes back as dishes, categories and prices you review and edit before anything is saved.
Movement history
Sale, restock, waste and correction are separate reasons on every movement — which is what makes the waste and stockout maths possible at all.
The floor
Cashier screen
Tap dishes into a cart, adjust quantities, charge. A cashier gets one screen and reaches nothing else — refused at the server, not hidden in the interface.
Kiosk and time clock
Staff punch in and out at a shared device. Shifts land in the same attendance record that payroll reads from.
Roles that hold
Owner, manager, cashier and kiosk each reach only what they need. Every endpoint was checked against every role, not just the screens.
Tables and the floor
A floor map by area and capacity. Seating a party opens a session that carries its own bill, so the same table can be sat twice a night and each visit keeps its own total.

Needs Attention
Stockout risk, negative stock, recurring waste, thin margins and dishes with no recipe — computed on read, so a warning cannot go stale against the data it describes.
Payroll that stays put
A finalised pay run records the rates and rules it used. Changing someone's pay later never rewrites what a past period actually paid.
Ask your own data
A question box over your inventory, recipes, sales and staff. Grounded answers with sources, and an honest no when the answer is not in there.
Seats and modules
Your plan sets how many sign-ins exist and which modules are switched on. Both are enforced by the server, not by hiding menu items.
